Running Accomplishments:

I race 1500 meters but think i will also race 400 meters and 800 meters to help me run faster. I also like to run 5Ks.

Best 1500 meter time: 5:43.9 

 

2013 USATF Junior Olympics State and Regional Champ (1500 m) 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Continue to have the fastest mile in my school (2011, 2012, 2013). Run 1500 meters in less than 5:30.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run for the Oregon Ducks!

I am 11 years old. I am Teena Marie's daughter, Rylee's, Payton's, Oliver and Livvy's sister, Annie's (andrea27) niece, and Smooth's honorary grand-daughter. I also love to play basketball. Tim Duncan is my favorite player.

This is Sophia's mom. :)

I have hacked into her account because I know she is going to wish she would have kept track of all of her running at some point. I have no idea her exact mileage the last couple of weeks (although she has continued to run roughly 2 miles 5-6 days a week).

Today I noticed she did two miles on the treadmill before practicing basketball.
